Order Tracking

Every order you place moves through a clear status pipeline that you can follow from your dashboard.

• Pending — the order has been received and is awaiting supplier confirmation.
• Confirmed — the supplier has accepted the order and reserved stock.
• Processing — items are being prepared, manufactured or assembled.
• On the Way — the shipment has left the supplier and is in transit.
• Completed — delivery (and installation, where requested) is confirmed.
• On Hold — the order is paused pending clarification or a scheduling change.
• Cancelled / Refunded — the order was cancelled, with any refund processed to the original payment method.

Sign in and open My Orders to see the current status, the invoice, the shipping details and the supplier contact for each order. Quotation requests are tracked separately under My Quotations.
