Product Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available where a product is unsuitable but undamaged and unused — for example the wrong capacity of glassware, a consumable that does not fit your instrument, or a specification that does not match your laboratory.

• Request the exchange from your order page within the exchange window shown on the product.
• Items must be unused, with all labels, accessories and original packaging intact.
• Custom-synthesised chemicals, opened reagents and consumables, hazardous chemicals and commissioned installations cannot be exchanged.
• Where the replacement has a higher value, the difference is invoiced before dispatch.
• Bulk and institutional orders can be exchanged partially; contact the supplier through the order page to agree the quantities.
