Terms of Use

Scope

These terms govern your use of the Laboratory Incubator platform, including the Laboratory Marketplace, the professional services, the request and quotation forms, training registration and the Media Center.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and organisation profile, and for keeping your credentials secure. Supplier accounts are activated after review and approval of the company and its commercial registration.

Marketplace transactions

Laboratory Incubator operates a multi-vendor marketplace. Each supplier is responsible for the accuracy of its product specifications, its pricing, its stock availability and the fulfilment of its orders. The platform facilitates the transaction, the payment settlement and the commission arrangement between the parties.

Quotations and requests

By submitting a request or RFQ you authorise Laboratory Incubator to share it with approved suppliers, laboratories and service providers for the purpose of preparing offers and executing the requested products or services. Quotations remain valid for the period stated on each offer.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, submit false information, infringe intellectual property, publish misleading product content or attempt to disrupt the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
